About Terre di Sava S.r.l.
The Notte Rossa vineyards of the Terre di Sava winery are recognized as one of the leading wineries in the Puglian wine scene. Located in the inland Salento area, characterized by sun-scorched red soil with limestone, clay, and sand, long summers, and the cool breeze from the Ionian Sea that blows through the countryside at night, giving the wines a natural minerality. This fertile land is ideal for native Puglian varieties like Primitivo and Negroamaro, while white grapes are cultivated in the upper Salento, near Taranto, in hilly and clay-rich areas at about 150 meters above sea level.
